Today we did down verts. We ran over the usual hill and then did 6 down hills. I didn't have a watch but I know I was between 1:45 and 1:48 for all of them. I didn't exactly feel the best but it was still an ok day. I actually did pushups and situps before practice today. I did 80 pushups and 10 minutes of abs.
