Saturday, March 13

Today we ran a speed workout in the rain. The wind was terrible so we could only do 200's when we were going with the wind. We started by doing a mile warmup and then did 15 200's. I ran with T.J. today and we were supposed to be on the 34 but we were on the 33 most of the time and under a couple of times also. I felt really good and think I could have done more even though we stopped at 15.
