Monday, March 15

Today we did a speed workout. We did 2 200's, 2 400's, and 2 1000's. I felt pretty good on all of them and was on my time for most of them. The last 1000 though, I did with hurdles. I felt good towards the end of that and it actually went better than I thought it would. I didn't feel as tired as I did last time.
