Today we ran back near the old road bike race course. It was a long boring run on country roads and it was probably about 6 miles. I felt good for parts of it and not so great for other parts. Afterwards we did 1 set of our circuit in the weight room, and then we did 6 minutes of abs. At home, I decided to practice hurdles for the steeple chase a little bit. I practiced for about 20 minutes and I'm trying to get ready for a race Pete signed me up for at Millersville in April. Then I did 40 pushups at home and 9 more minutes of abs.
